Please wait 5-7 days for us to ship the items after confirming your order. Thai customers please wait 7-15 days for the items to arrive in Thailand before we reship them to you via Thai Post’s EMS (Express Mail Service).

We offer free shipping to Thailand via Thai Post’s EMS (Express Mail Service) and to Japan via Japan Post’s Yupack.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide via Japan Post’s EMS (Express Mail Service) starting at 25USD. Please note that all international orders may be subject to additional import duties and custom fees upon delivery. The customer is responsible for those fees imposed by the destination country for delivery.

Returns

We will accept returns only if the items have been grossly misrepresented. Please read the descriptions of the items carefully before making a purchase. We do not accept returns for change-of-mind. If you would like to make a return, please contact us within 3 days after receiving the item.
